Visitation is being temporarily restricted at the US Memorial Health Centre in St. Lawrence because of an outbreak of COVID-19 among residents.
Eastern Health says palliative care and end-of-life visitation should be discussed with the health care team.
The restrictions are a temporary measure, to be reassessed regularly.
The public is asked not to visit any health care facility if they feel ill or are symptomatic.
