A new restaurant, celebrating Indigenous culture and ingredients, will open in Happy Valley-Goose Bay this summer.
The spot will be owned by Nunacor, and has been named Mamattuk, an Inuttitut word meaning ‘delicious.’
The location, next to the Royal Inn + Suites, will operate as a restaurant, coffee bar, and lounge, and will pull inspiration from the land, people, and culture.
The spot is slated to open in June.
