There’s been a big jump in the price of home heating oil—which is up by 19.99 cents a litre.
The PUB made the surprise adjustment overnight, citing a “significant spike” in the benchmark price for New York Harbor Jet fuel, which makes up 75 per cent the winter blended benchmark price for home heating fuel.
