A Bay Bulls fisherman, who was unsuccessful in his candidacy to run for the leadership of the FFAW, intends to launch a legal challenge of the process.
Jason Sullivan has raised $50,000 dollars in his effort to raise funds for the legal challenge.
Sullivan, who has played the role of agitator to the FFAW in the past, was rejected as a candidate for the union’s top position when he put his name forward to replace Keith Sullivan.
