Memorial University’s Students’ Union says it stands in solidarity with MUN’s Faculty Association which is conducting a strike vote today.

MUNSU says it fully supports MUNFA, adding that in the event of a strike MUNSU will “make every effort to support, promote and stand with striking members.”

MUNSU says the working conditions facing faculty are affecting student learning conditions.

They also say MUN administration has demonstrated that its values put profit over people.
