Central Health says it has three more physicians for the Coast of Bays area.
Last month, the health authority announced that Dr. Madan Mariappan, who is affectionately known as Dr. Madan, would be staying on at the Bay d’Espoir Community Health Centre in St. Alban’s on a permanent basis.
Dr. Robert Jong and Dr. Zachary Price will practice out of the Connaigre Peninsula Health Centre in Harbour Breton on a part-time basis until June. Central Health says the physicians will support staff and physicians who provide care to the area on a daily basis.
