A decision on when classes at Memorial University will return to their normal schedule is expected to be announced later today.
President Vianne Timmons says she hopes the university will return to its normal operations before winter break, which is scheduled to begin on February 17.
She says in order for classes to resume, a return to campus protocol must be negotiated with MUNFA. That meeting is scheduled to go ahead on Sunday.
