Most MUNFA members are satisfied with the deal between the faculty association and the school, according to the president of the union.
Classes resumed this afternoon at Memorial University, with students and faculty making their way back to the regular class schedule.
President Ash Hossain says most members are satisfied with the tentative deal, but that does not mean all frustration has dissipated.
He says it is not so much the deal that is causing some to be dissatisfied, but rather the delay in ratification. He says they are waiting on the University to send them a “clean copy” of the deal, which they will then put to the members for ratification immediately.
