A man has been charged with assaulting a police officer following an incident at a business on Kenmount Road.
The RNC confronted a 30-year-old who was asleep at the business last night at about 9:30 p.m. The man was detained due to his level of intoxication but became uncooperative and combative.
He was held for court today.
