A 21-year-old man is facing charges for resisting arrest after an altercation with a police officer in the capital city.
Around 8:20 p.m. yesterday evening, an RNC officer on patrol found a wanted man walking in the downtown area, who attempted to flee.
The wanted man attempted to fight the officer, but was pepper sprayed and arrested.
He’s facing charges for resisting arrest and breaching court orders in additional to two outstanding warrants.
He was held for court.
