Residents of St. John’s are being encouraged to have their say as the city creates a new plan to preserve heritage structures.
The city has not had the best track record in recent years, with a number of heritage structures lost.
Councillor Maggie Burton admits, demolition by neglect is one of a number of concerns she expects will be raised.
An in-person session is scheduled for 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 8 at St. John’s city hall, while a virtual session is set for Tuesday, March 14.
