A 34-year-old St. John’s man is facing numerous charges following a recent string of robberies in the St. John’s metro area.
Godfrey Orach is facing charges including four counts each of robbery, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, and use of a firearm in the commission of an offence. Other charges include disguise with intent, carrying a concealed weapon, pointing a firearm and failure to comply with a release order.
The arrest came following a series of robberies at gas bars in the east end of St. John’s in the early morning of Saturday, February 25.
