West coast police are asking anyone that suspects a drug dealer is living in their neighbourhood to come forward. They’re also providing a list of things to look out for.
The RCMP-RNC Joint Forces Operation West wish to speak with anyone who suspects illegal drug activity in their neighbourhood.
They say an unusual amount of foot and vehicle traffic or people coming and going all hours of the day may be a sign of drug trafficking.
Drug paraphernalia such as small baggies and needles located around a property or someone living beyond their means without being gainfully employed can also be a tip-off, as well as an increase in criminal activity or intimidation tactics.
Anyone who suspects the presence of a drug dealer in their neighbourhood is asked to contact JFO West at 637-4221 or their local police detachment.
