The RNC have made an arrest in connection with that shooting in Torbay on the weekend.
A man is being charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault and weapons offences after another man was shot overnight Saturday.
Police say the two are known to each other.
The suspect will appear in court today.
The victim, who suffered serious injuries, is said to be in stable condition.
