The father of a young boy who a human rights tribunal confirmed had been discriminated against when he was not provided American Sign Language services, says he’s still waiting for disciplinary again to be taken.
Todd Churchill says he’s written Interim Superintendent Terry Hall seeking answers on whether disciplinary action has been taken, and even though three weeks have elapsed since the decision, he has yet to receive a response.
He wonders what kind of message is being sent if no disciplinary action is taken “against people who were guilty of this discrimination.”
