A Newfoundlander will represent Canada at the 2023 World Para Swimming Championships.
Katarina Roxon of Kippens has been selected to join Team Canada for the event for the seventh time in her career.
Roxon claimed bronze at last year’s competition and previously took home silver and bronze at the same event in 2019. She also won a gold medal at the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games.
The games take place in Manchester, England, July 31 to August 6.
