The Legionnaire is back on the job in the Bell Island Tickle today.

The Legionnaire had been out of service for a couple of weeks after an undertow caught the vessel and moved it away from the dock in Portugal Cove, causing damage to the ramp.

Then the ramp malfunctioned again on its first run back in service earlier this week.

But it’s smooth sailing today as Transportation and Works reports the Legionnaire and Flanders both in operation.
