The City of St. John’s is looking for the public’s feedback in plans to revitalize the downtown.
The city is looking to craft a plan that will enhance the area’s culture, grow the community, and enhance economic opportunities.
Councillor Ophelia Ravencroft is the lead on the project. She’s encouraging residents, business owners, and community groups to voice their opinions.
She says opinions are welcome on anything related to land use that can help them develop the downtown in the future.
Feedback can be submitted online through EngageStJohns.ca or in-person session on Thursday May 25, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Atlantic Place, 215 Water Street and on Wednesday June 7, 7:00 p.m. at the Foran Green Room, fourth floor, City Hall, 10 New Gower Street.
The deadline to submit feedback is June 16.
