The Outer Ring Road is closed to traffic today to accommodate for the annual garbage cleanup along the highway.
The ORR tends to see its fair share of trash as debris falls from vehicles as they head to Robin Hood Bay in the capital city.
The fine for failing to secure cargo or comply with existing regulations ranges from $120 to $600 dollars.
The highway closure will run from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. with traffic control and barricades in place to keep traffic moving.
