It was an incredible weekend for the only children’s hospital in the province.
The 39th Janeway Telethon raised almost $2.4 million. The money will go towards new equipment to reduce diagnostic wait times and surgical backlogs.
One of the highlights was the Teddy Bear Convoy with hundreds of big rigs decked out in teddy bears rolling down the north side of the Parkway to the Janeway around lunchtime Sunday.
