You’ve heard stories of dirt bikes speeding on roadways and pulling stunts; now comes another incident caught on a dash cam that’s raising eyebrows.
The video, recorded on Labour Day on the Bauline Line, shows a dirt bike speeding past a vehicle while popping a wheelie.
RNC are encouraging people who see or capture such incidents to contact them.
