Three people have been displaced after their home flooded on the west coast.

A woman, her daughter and her granddaughter had to be evacuated from their home after heavy rain on Canada Day led to a partially blocked culvert flooding their house in Sally’s Cove. The power was disconnected for safety reasons.

The Red Cross has arranged emergency lodging, meals and transportation for the trio.
