Mary Brown may not be a Disney princess, but that company is looking at inking a deal with the media powerhouse.
CEO Greg Roberts couldn’t reveal much, but does say something is in the works.
He says they are looking at doing a deal with them in the fall. He calls it “amazing” for their brand to get to the point where they can “compete head on with the big guys,” noting that he is proud that it is a Newfoundland and Labrador company.
It has been a big year MBI Brands, the parent company of Mary Browns. Last year they inked a deal with the Toronto Blue Jays, and they bought the Fat Bastard Burrito franchise, with the first restaurant outside of Ontario opening in St. John’s last week.
