The provincial government has ratified its collective agreement with the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Association.

The agreement, which is for the six year period from 2020 to 2026, represents about 400 members throughout the province.

It includes things such as annual salary increases based on the current compensation formula, a $2,000 employee recognition bonus, and improvements to recruit and retain officers.
