Residents of the capital city may notice a curious site atop Signal Hill today.
The upper parking lot is closed today for filming of the second season premiere of Canada’s Ultimate Challenge.
As part of that, what appears to be a massive zipline has been erected at the historic site.
The parking lot will reopen at 10:30 a.m.
