The high cost of living has hit just about every corner of the province, and that’s forcing organizations like the Kids Eat Smart Foundation to re-evaluate their spending.

This is Kids Eat Smart week across Newfoundland and Labrador.

Board Chair Katharine Fagner says they are resourceful with how they deliver their programs.

That said, they are looking at doing an analysis of the impacts of inflation on their programs.

She says they are grateful for increased funding from the province, but they are keeping an eye on the impacts of rising costs.
