The Masterless Men have been a beloved constant in Newfoundland and Labrador’s music scene for over three decades.
Aside from their beautiful and timeless music, their continued drive to give back to the local community has endeared them to local audiences for decades.
On October 21st, the band returns to the Arts and Culture Centre in St. John’s for their long-running Concert of Hope in support of the Eating Disorder Foundation of NL.
Bandmember Wilf Curran, himself a long-standing member of the foundation, shared that spreading awareness and educating the public on the realities of eating disorders is crucial.
He says that while the issue of eating disorders across the province continues to grow, the foundation is educating themselves as well as the public and remains dedicated to helping families.
John Curran adds the band is proud to be associated with the Eating Disorder Foundation of NL, and that there’s a pride in putting off such a special event.
He says that the band is immensely proud to be associated with the foundation, and that the fundraiser has a special spot in the band’s heart.
