The latest COVID numbers for the province in the month of September are out.
It shows that since the last update in late August, there were 56 hospitalizations due to the virus and two deaths.
One additional death was added to the numbers from August.
Of the 56 people hospitalized, eight were reported in critical care.
Vaccination rates were at 23.4 per cent of the population over the course of the reporting period. The province’s fall COVID and flu vaccine program is now underway.
