Police were called out to tent city across from Confederation Building around 8:00 last night following a complaint of an unwelcome person.
A tent owner, who was intoxicated, uttered threats to a person in the area. Police say the man also cut a hole in one of the tents with a knife.
Police identified the 46-year-old, but have yet to locate him. He will be charged with uttering threats to cause bodily harm, mischief and property damage.
