A 33-year-old man who had just completed his sentence after being convicted of exposing himself to students at a dance studio in St. John’s will appear in court next week.
Matthew Twyne was scheduled for a bail hearing this afternoon but consented to remand until next Thursday.
Twyne was arrested last Friday for breaching court orders after reports of a man committing an indecent act in the Long Pond area of St. John’s.
He will appear at Provincial Court next Thursday at 11 a.m.
