Today is Mary Brown’s Snack Day in the province, in support of the Janeway.
Two dollars from every two-piece meal or two-piece chicken and taters purchased at any Mary Brown’s will go to the Janeway Children’s Hospital Foundation.
The initiative has been a staple of the hospital’s fundraising activities since 2018.
Janessa Ward, development officer with the foundation, says the money goes to making sure children get the best care available.
She says by donating to the Janeway, they can keep equipment updated and provide more accurate and efficient care.
