A man who was spotted running from a convenience store in downtown St. John’s with a large amount of ice cream in hand late last night is spending some time in the lockup.
The RNC caught up with him a short distance from the store at about 11:30, and found that he was already on court orders not to frequent the business. The 29-year-old now faces charges of theft and failing to comply. He will appear in court today.
