The RNC is investigating the theft of copper wire from the NL Hydro Churchill Falls Generating Station.

The theft of approximately 1,400 pounds of four inch copper wire from the Churchill Falls Generating Station is believed to have happened between 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 8th, and 10 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 9th.

The RNC is asking any witnesses, or anyone with video footage from the area at the time of the theft, to come forward.
