Another complainant has come forward in the sexual violence investigation involving two men in the east end of St. John’s.
It brings the number of young men or teens who have accused Tony Humby of sexual assault to twelve.
The 64-year-old appeared in court by video from HMP late this afternoon to hear the latest charge of sexual assault read aloud.
The incident is alleged to have occurred in November of 2021 against a young man in St. John’s.
Humby now faces a total of 33 charges while the co-accused in the case, 81-year-old Bruce Escott, faces 14 charges.
Both men remain in custody pending their next court appearances on January 11.
