The province is accepting expressions of interest from property developers interested in building new residential rental units.
The province is offering a loan program providing low-interest loan financing to qualified property developers to encourage the construction of new rental housing.
Up to $50 million dollars is available for eligible candidates.
Expressions of interest are being accepted until Wednesday, February 21.
