Drugs and components of firearms have been found inside a vehicle in Carbonear.

Shortly before midnight February 6, a 40-year-old man from Heart’s Desire was pulled over on Valley Road and ticketed for driving without insurance.

While doing that investigation, officers noticed firearm parts, drugs, and drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle.

The vehicle was seized and impounded. Charges are anticipated.
