It will be a three-way race for the Liberal nomination in the district of Fogo Island-Cape Freels.
A byelection is required to fill the seat that was left vacant following the death of former MHA and cabinet minister Derrick Bragg.
Bragg’s former executive assistant, Dana Blackmore, New-Wes-Valley Mayor Mike Tiller and Dover Mayor Tony Keats are all vying for the Liberal nod in the district.
Nomination meetings will be held on March 9, with voting locations to be announced this coming week.
