A 33-year-old man who previously served two years for exposing himself to students at a St. John’s dance studio has agreed to remand until his next court appearance.
Matthew Twyne appeared via video link in provincial court this morning.
The RNC made an application to the court for an 810 order based on reasonable fear that the accused could reoffend. That order was granted by the court October 8th.
He was arrested October 11th for allegedly breaching conditions set out in that court order. Police made the arrest after receiving a report of someone committing an indecent act at Long Pond in St. John’s.
His case has been set over until November 8.
