NDP Leader Jim Dinn is offering his best wishes to retiring MHA Tom Osborne.
Dinn says the most important role for any member of the House of Assembly is to be the voice and representative of your constituents, and Minister Osborne had the ability to consistently earn the confidence of his constituents over a 28 year career.
That longevity speaks for itself says Dinn.
Dinn says whether it was under the PCs or as the Speaker of the House or as a member of the Liberal Party, Osborne put his constituents first.
He extended his wishes for a happy retirement to Osborne and thanked him for his contributions in the House of Assembly over the decades.
