Provincial Government Companies and Deeds Online Portal Will Be Down During Maintenance

A portal on the Digital Government and Service NL website will be down for maintenance for several days later this week.

The Companies and Deeds online portal will be unavailable from 4:30 p.m. Thursday, June 13 until 8:30 a.m. Monday June 17.

The Commercial Registrations Office on Elizabeth Avenue will be open during this time to accept new documents and provide search access to paper-based records.

Digital searches will not be available.
