There are two out-of-control forest fires burning north of Labrador City.
The first is burning at Milner Lake West. Area MHA Jordan Brown says that one is in a remote area.
The second is in the Menihek Dam area, and Brown says a waterbomber has been deployed to it.
The current forest fire risk for Labrador City is listed as low.
