A man was arrested in the capital city Saturday afternoon after the RNC were called to an incident involving a weapon.
Police responded to the centre city area around 2:30 p.m., and following an investigation the 34-year-old man was arrested and charged with assault with a weapon and other weapon offences.
The man was taken to the lockup for a court appearance this morning.
