The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary need the public’s help in tracking down a woman believed to be responsible for an assault during a home invasion in Mount Pearl.
Officers were called to the home on Forsey Place around 8 a.m. Wednesday morning after a resident reported being assaulted by a woman who broke into their home.
The suspect fled the scene before police arrived, but has been identified as 35-year-old Calystia Careen of Placentia.
Careen is now wanted on charges of break and enter, assault and mischief.
Anyone who spots Careen is asked not to approach her and instead contact police.
RNC believe it was a targeted incident and are seeking video footage from the area to help with their investigation.
