Two teenagers are without their vehicles after treating the Outer Ring Road like a racetrack.
Around 7:30 p.m. Thursday evening, patrolling RNC officers on the highway near Topsail Road, caught two cars side-by-side who topped the radar at 162 km/h.
The 19-year-old drivers were ticketed for excessive speed, their vehicles impounded, and licenses revoked.
Around 7:30 pm this evening (August 22), a member of the RNC Traffic Services observed 2 vehicles traveling together at 162 km/h on the TCH near Topsail Rd.
