Terra Bruce Productions has made some significant changes with founding member Bob Hallett and its Resident Company now released from the organization.
Terra Bruce was created in 2021 to much fanfare as a live music and entertainment venture between Bob Hallett and philanthropist Walter Schroeder.
The company is now shifting to employing artists by project, which according to spokesman Don Fraser, is moving back to a more traditional model.
What they found according to Fraser, is that they would have all their staff all working busily on a play, and “while you’re doing that play, everybody’s working like mad, they’re rehearsing…they’re getting costumes, they’re doing everything…and then the play will go for…three-four weeks or whatever, the problem is, now you’ve used everybody you’ve got, and then you can’t prepare a second play.”
The Majestic Theatre and M.O.T.H. Recording Studios on Mayor Avenue are continuing their operations in the capital city.
