Compliments brand Sweet Kale Blend has been recalled by Sobeys due to possible Listeria contamination.

The affected bags are 255 grams with best before dates of October 28, 31, November 1, 2 and 3.

Food contaminated with Listeria may not look or smell spoiled but can still make you sick.

Symptoms can include vomiting, nausea, persistent fever, muscle aches, severe headache and neck stiffness.

There has been no reported illnesses associated with the consumption of the product.
