A driver who wasn’t willing to take the breathalyzer has been charged after a hit and run in the Goulds last night.
RNC were called around 10 p.m. and were able to locate the driver involved not long after.
When asked to provide a breath sample, the man refused.
He was released to appear in court on a charge of refusal. His license was suspended and his vehicle was impounded.
