A traffic stop on the Trans Canada near Steady Brook early Saturday morning resulted in a court date for the driver.
The 33-year-old Torbay man was pulled over after police observed a suspicious vehicle on the Trans Canada around 1:30 Saturday morning.
The driver was charged with impaired driving, failure to comply with a release order, and he had his license suspended and his vehicle seized.
The accuse was released to appear in court at a later date.
