Police need help in finding a missing man on the Avalon Peninsula. Twenty-three year-old Riley Demers is 5’9″ tall and weighs 140 pounds. He has a beard and was last seen in the Carbonear area around 8:00 last night.
RCMP have concerns for his safety and well-being.
