A driver in Labrador City has a future court date after he blew over twice the legal limit on Saturday.
The RNC received a tip just after 1 a.m. about a near-miss in the area of Bartlett Drive.
Officers located the described vehicle a short time later on the Trans-Labrador highway.
Police say the 42-year-old man who was driving failed a breath test and has been charged with impaired. His vehicle was also seized.
The accused will appear in court at a later date.
